What would a modern-day SAAB-specific navigation interface look like?

I’ve been attempting to find information on how to perform modifications to the infotainment unit on my 2011 Saab 9-5. No success as of yet. Currently, I run the main display either off or with navigation set to night mode, but would like to customize the map information as well as the rest of the interface. Additionally, I’m investigating a lockpick option to allow rear- and forward-facing cameras as well as video-while-in-motion… and seamless A2DP integration.

If you’re reading this and thinking ‘why do this?’ I don’t have an answer for you. But I can say that it MUST be possible, and that we live in a day and age in which customization is surely more at the forefront of consumers’ minds than it ever has been before. Also, it would look pretty badass.

Take a look at what I’m thinking about for the basic colorscheme. Please comment below–and if you happen to have any leads on hardware or software that might help my endeavors, please let me know!
